Last night was a long night.I'm so proud of these new parents. My fellow photog friend, Sara - recently posted a great "tutorial" of sorts on color management. It can be so frustrating to edit pics and get them just right, only to see them on a different computer and have them look completely different! Color management is helpful for both the client and photographer to see what your pics will look like when printed professionally with a calibrated printer.

This was such a fun shoot for me! We were able to go to a new location, "La Luna, Spa and Resort". The lovely "S" fills in as a Yoga instructor there. WOW, it is beautiful and so serene. I've been playing with some different photo "textures". I'm still not sure how much I'm liking them but they are fun and different and add a little something to a picture. I'm working on knowing when to add texture and how to make them look just right :) How do you feel about textures??

This was my first shoot in the SNOW! The "E" fam is outdoorsy and full of energy and wanted to take some shots out in the snow but we must have picked the coldest day yet!
